The 9-moon embodied Immersion will be a journey that consists of five in-person retreats starting on the 2025 Spring Equinox. The following 4 retreats are every eight weeks on the weekend closest to the full moon. In between, we will meet online around the full moon to reconnect, practice, and maintain the momentum of our journey. There will also be a weekly email to maintain momentum and stoke the fire of your unique journey. Each of the five retreats has a gateway of exploration to rewrite your story. Here is an overview: Belonging – retreat 1 - nourish your connection to the fire of your aliveness and sense of belonging in the world. Letting go of any fear about being in this lifetime and connecting to the element of the Earth which nourishes and has always held us. We will focus on setting our intention for the Immersion and tending to our inner girl. We will strengthen and clear the base chakra so that we can move from surviving to thriving. Embodiment - embracing and exploring the wisdom of your body,  senses and clearing any stuck energy and cleansing your body and system. This retreat will focus on the archetypes of the maiden within and the Goddess Aphrodite. We will strengthen the relationship between our Sacral and Heart chakras, bringing love and compassion to our feelings and releasing any stuck energy from these energy centres. Your body is the portal to Remember Who You Are and we will enliven this connection. We will use the element of Air to cleanse and encourage flow. Sovereign Power - owning your power, rooted in self-love and compassion. We will connect with the Fierce Feminine archetype through the doorways of your Solar Plexus and Throat chakra. You will find your authentic voice and bring your power to your full creative, wild expression. We will work with the element of Fire. Heavenly Union - The alchemy of embracing your inner marriage and the unique vow between your divine feminine and masculine. We will embrace the divine masculine within and alchemise with the divine feminine through the third eye and the connection with Earth in the lower Chakra’s and Heaven above in the crown chakra. We will work with the element of Air. Evolve & Be She - weaving the tapestry of integration and rebirth into your wild natural self. A weekend of soulful ceremony and initiation. We will remember together and feel into the wisdom of the journey together and our connection in oneness. You will each have an initiation to rebirth into your wild natural essence. We will work with the element of Spirit and Soul. Whatever needs to be healed and transformed will surface in a safe circle of sisters. This will be a non-linear experiential journey that will include many modalities and expressions including: * Exploring key archetypes to embed their wisdom, let go of what no longer serves so you remember and fully own who you are. * Utilise the chakra system and its synergy with the relevant archetypes. * Sacred ceremony and ritual. * Invoking your voice, bringing the poetry of your feelings and senses into sound resonance. * Meditation, movement, embodiment and breath practices. * Tending to our hearts longing; grieving, healing, laughing, transforming and renewing in the wombiversity of the sisterhood. * The wisdom of nature and the elements as a foundation for our inquiry. * Ancestors, guides, teachers, spirit animals, angels, seen and unseen will be called in to support our journey. * Recalibration of your system in a sacred feminine circle of loving sisters.
