Booking Terms and Cancellation Policy

Booking Terms:

 

Full payment for the workshop has to be made before the start of the workshop unless you are on a payment plan when the final payment is due in April 2025.

 

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of £250 secures your place on the 9-moon Immersion.

Final Payment 

The final payment for the workshop is due eight weeks before the 9-moon retreat starts unless you are on a payment plan.  

 

Payment Plan

I offer a monthly payment plan to spread the cost of the 9-moon Immersion with an extended final payment date of April 2025. The payment plan will confirmed in your registration confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

Deposit cancellation policy:

The deposit of £250 is non-refundable.

 

Full payment cancellation policy:

 

Cancellation more than eight weeks prior to the 9-moon Immersion start:

Your payment can be refunded (less the non-refundable/transferable £250 deposit),

 

Cancellation between eight and four weeks of the 9-noon Immersion start:

50% of the retreat costs, if paid, will be refunded

 

Cancellation less than four weeks prior to the 9-moon Immersion start: 

No refund.
